There are many types of side dishes, and all of them were well-seasoned and very delicious. The tempura made with lotus root, onion, and broccoli was crispy and had a great texture. The simmered eggplant, cut kelp, shirataki, hijiki, okara, stir-fried celery, enoki mushrooms, sesame-dressed komatsuna, simmered beans, and pumpkin stew were all deliciously prepared with dozens of ingredients. Among them, my absolute favorite was the ginger tsukudani. I was talking with a friend who went with me about wanting to buy some as a souvenir to take home. The rice was also good, including white rice, multigrain rice, and porridge with shiitake mushrooms and aosa. The dessert was also a moringa pudding, which I tried for the first time and was quite rare. I want to go once a month. If possible, I would be happy if you could write down today's menu.

The atmosphere is very nice, but it felt a bit cramped. The meal was very healthy, and I think it took a lot of effort, but with the recent rise in prices, it's hard to gauge. Personally, I felt that 2,200 yen would be more like 1,800 yen, and I would like to repeat my visit. The staff were also very impressive, and their service was wonderful.

We used the place at night with four women. It seemed that there was a group in, but they prepared a calm seating area for us, allowing us to enjoy our meal while having conversations. The carrot rabe, yam with plum sauce, bacon, sanma (saury) and mushroom rice, ginkgo nuts, and chicken liver pâté were all delicious. The non-alcoholic drink menu was also extensive, with options like herbal cola and ginger ale filled with lots of sliced ginger, as well as elderflower soda, all of which were tasty. Of course, there was also a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including wine, sake, shochu, beer, cocktails, and fruit wines. Next time, I would like to visit during the day.
