Shokudo Kuku is a new restaurant owned by the renowned Fresca, offering a diverse range of oyster dishes, robatayaki, and obanzai. The interior features both counter and table seating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite opening just this December, it has already become a popular spot. With friendly staff and delicious food, you can enjoy a wonderful moment that satisfies both your heart and body.

There is a counter and tables, and although the interior is compact, the staff moves efficiently, which is reassuring. The fried oysters have a crispy coating and are juicy inside, and they paired perfectly with the tartar sauce that was served. The grilled Kinka mackerel is rich in fat, and its savory aroma spreads, making you smile involuntarily. The sake-steamed oysters and butter soy sauce that I ordered as a side dish were also rich in flavor, allowing me to fully enjoy the umami of the oysters. The corn rice cooked in a clay pot that I had for the finale was sweet and had a gentle taste that made me feel the season. Natural wines were also available, and I was very satisfied as I could slowly savor them with the dishes.
