You can see the charcoal grill from the counter, and the aroma is exciting. The grilled chicken is perfectly cooked, and the salt on the chicken and the liver is very delicious. There are also pork skewers available, and the pork intestines have no unpleasant smell, spreading a nice aroma, while the pork belly is juicy. When you want something light, the salad with tofu is just right, and the squid is thick and satisfying. The variety of dishes, including cheese spring rolls, grilled thick tofu from Itoshima, and sashimi of gizzards, is enjoyable. The staff is cheerful and the atmosphere is comfortable, and the seasonal bamboo shoot stew is comforting.
