I found this place down a side street in the shopping district and decided to go in. The interior is long and has a calm atmosphere. There is no ticket vending machine; you order directly. The clear broth has a rich chicken flavor combined with the taste of shellfish, providing a great sense of satisfaction. When fragrant truffle oil is added, it gives a light aroma and adds depth. The soy sauce noodles are thin and straight, with a smooth texture that goes down easily. The chashu comes in two types, and the toppings like menma and nori are beautifully arranged, making it enjoyable both visually and in taste.
