The fluffy steamed Japanese eel was crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, which was truly impressive. The fragrant special sauce highlighted the eel's umami, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks until the end. The thick pieces provided enough volume even with half a portion, making it very satisfying to eat. The lightly grilled beef was perfectly rare and incredibly tender, melting in my mouth. The addition of the plump rolled omelet made for a delightful variety of combinations. The staff's quick and cheerful service, along with the lively atmosphere, made it a comfortable place where I found myself wanting to stay longer.
