The moment you enter the restaurant, the calm atmosphere and fragrant smoke stimulate your appetite. The charm lies in being able to taste rare brand beef selected from all over the country, and each cut, from lean to marbled, melts in your mouth. When the staff has a moment, they assist with grilling, and the exquisite cooking enhances the natural sweetness of the meat. The offal, such as honeycomb tripe and beef intestines, has a great texture, and the more you chew, the more flavor spreads. They carefully explain the recommended ways to enjoy each cut, which made conversations with friends even more lively. I felt that the happiness continued until the last bite, and it was a place where I could rediscover the joy of yakiniku.
