Basic full course for dinner parties
We carefully select around 40 bottles of exquisite wine at all times, primarily focusing on RM (Récoltant-Manipulant, small-scale producers) French wines, as well as wines from rare and innovative quality producers. Among them, there are producers with an annual output of about 3,000 bottles, and we can secure only 1 to 2 bottles of certain wines each year. Please enjoy the moment when a once-in-a-lifetime wine meets a dish and blossoms. Price range: 8,000 to 50,000 yen.
EQUILIBRÉ offers a selection of glass wines, carefully chosen by our chef from reasonably priced and high-quality wines from France and the New World. We provide approximately three varieties each of sparkling, white, and red wines, tailored to the season and dishes. Prices range from 980 to 2,500 yen.
