We carefully select around 40 bottles of exquisite wine at all times, primarily focusing on RM (Récoltant-Manipulant, small-scale producers) French wines, as well as wines from rare and innovative quality producers. Among them, there are producers with an annual output of about 3,000 bottles, and we can secure only 1 to 2 bottles of certain wines each year.
