In a calm Japanese-style space, you can relax in a private room. The sashimi made from seasonal seafood from Kyushu is beautiful, and its freshness is conveyed as soon as it enters your mouth. The nigiri is easy to eat with bite-sized rice, allowing you to enjoy a variety of toppings. Dishes like pufferfish and anglerfish tempura, and red mullet and cod milt steamed in a teapot are also carefully prepared and delicious. There are courses where you can enjoy as much sushi as you like, and a wide selection of sake, shochu, and wine, which is delightful. The attentive service leaves a lasting impression, and I felt it was perfect for a special occasion.
