Craft beer 'Doppo' from Miyashita Brewery located in Okayama Prefecture. This authentic type of beer is made with carefully selected German barley malt and multiple hops, using Okayama Prefecture rice as an adjunct. The subtle sweetness from the malt and the light flavor from the rice pair well with meat dishes.
This new sake, born for meat dishes from around the world, has a vibrant and fruity aroma, while its dry and crisp taste is distinctly sharp.
Please choose from on the rocks, water, hot water, or soda. The alcohol content is 29 degrees, inspired by 'meat'. This barley shochu is blended from a super long-term barrel-aged barley shochu, proudly made by a 130-year-old traditional shochu brewery, designed to enhance the deliciousness of meat dishes.
A rich single malt with a barrel-derived vanilla and spice flavor, and a complex finish. It pairs exceptionally well with marbled meats such as sirloin and misuji.
Extra meat +980 yen. Uses one of the rare cuts, Ichibo. You can enjoy a juicy flavor with a good balance of lean meat and fat.
Increased meat +580 yen, grilled to medium rare on a hot plate, finished with a special soy sauce-based sauce.
With an additional 580 yen, we grill the front rib of Black Wagyu beef, coated in a flavorful special white sauce. First, enjoy the rich umami of the beef as it is, and then experience a change in flavor with yuzu pepper or ponzu sauce.
Meat increase +1,200 yen. This is a limited quantity menu using the rare cut Misuji of Black Wagyu.

With an additional 580 yen, we quickly grill the front rib of Black Wagyu Beef, coated with a sweet soy sauce made from zarame and tamari. Enjoy the sweet and spicy meat that pairs perfectly with rice, dipped in Satsuma red egg.
Extra meat +980 yen, rare cut rump grilled slowly on a hot plate and arranged on the tray. Please enjoy the meat chazuke as a finale.
