This is an eel restaurant located on the outskirts of Nishitachi. The interior is new and clean, with a counter and tables where you can relax. There are various ways to enjoy the eel, including unaju (grilled eel over rice), set meals, hitsumabushi (eel rice bowl), and half servings combined with liver. The eel is grilled to a fragrant perfection, with a subtle aroma of charcoal that makes it very delicious. The grilled liver has an enjoyable texture and is easier to eat than expected. The clear soup has a pleasant aroma, is light yet flavorful, and pairs well with the sweet sauce and the non-steamed grilling method of the eel.
