It is close to the station, easy to find, and has a quiet atmosphere where you can relax. The dishes are served in a flow that is left to the chef, and they are enjoyable both in appearance and harmony. The appetizer of white beans and salmon, as well as the fish paired with cabbage sauce, particularly left an impression on me. The crispness of the skin and the cooking are exquisite, and the grilled meat is also rich in aroma and satisfying. The wine suggestions that match the dishes are perfect, and in the end, I feel happy with fragrant tea and freshly baked madeleines. They carefully ask about preferences and allergies when making reservations, and the attention to service is thorough.
