At Washoku Dining Maki, you can enjoy dishes that pursue urban sophistication in a modern atmosphere. The beautifully designed white plates present dishes that resemble French cuisine, featuring fresh sashimi and a variety of appetizers. Among them, the sashimi made from fish just caught from the tank, served with a squeeze of kabosu, is exceptional. The young chefs showcase their skills, enhancing the dining experience at the bar-like counter seats.

When you descend underground, a space harmonizing traditional Japanese taste and modernity unfolds, and you feel excited the moment you enter. The white walls and the bar-like moist counter create a very comfortable atmosphere. The dishes are elegantly arranged on white plates, allowing you to enjoy an urban and sophisticated flavor. The sashimi made from the fish in the tank, when squeezed with kabosu, releases a wonderful aroma and is truly delicious. The lunch with a variety of small bowls is satisfying, featuring sashimi, chilled tofu, chicken katsu, miso with sea bream, fish nanban, and deep-fried taro with sauce, among others. The shochu is refreshing and pairs well with the dishes, and after the meal, you can leisurely enjoy rum raisin ice cream and coffee.
