Additionally, the supplier processes the chicken by hand rather than using machines, which allows for the preservation of flavorful parts. The essential miso sauce for grilled chicken is made with a rich base of Hatcho miso, blended with a unique combination of 12 different ingredients including fruits, sugar, and honey. It does not use artificial sweeteners, featuring a gentle sweetness derived from the ingredients.
