A beloved traditional downtown Chinese restaurant

Kikusui Ikkanro is located in the downtown area of Kobe and continues to be cherished by the locals. The interior has a homey atmosphere that evokes nostalgia with each visit. The soy sauce ramen, in particular, features a clear broth that perfectly complements the smooth, fine noodles, making it so delicious that you’ll want to drink every last drop of the soup. Additionally, you can enjoy a variety of dishes, including the rich, thick sauce on the champon and crispy fried items.

The steamed noodles in the ankake yakisoba are grilled to a golden brown. The broth is well complemented by the many fresh ingredients. The fried rice is unquestionably delicious. Fried rice of this level is rarely found. The soup that is served with it is also very tasty. It is an authentic chicken soy sauce soup, rich and deep. With this soup, I can definitely feel that the ramen is also delicious. Next time, I will try the ramen and small fried rice set.
