A more dignified version of the basic course. This kaiseki course incorporates Japanese beef steak and colorful vegetables for grilled dishes. The high standard of Japanese cuisine, for which we have spared no effort, is a fresh surprise to our foreign guests and has been well received by them. We recommend this course for anniversaries, meetings, and other such occasions.

We have prepared a more elegant menu for the weaning ceremony, which is the first meal for the child. The weaning ceremony is held around the 100th day after the child's birth to wish for healthy growth and good fortune. It is also called "o chopstick setting" or "Momoka" (100 days). The food is prepared from the sea and the mountains, and served in a cute bowl like a hina doll, with red as the base color for boys and black for girls. Nachiguroishi (Nachi black stones) are also served to give the child strong teeth, and the child imitates chewing them. A festive grilled small sea bream is also served on the side. This is a set meal for a baby's celebration ceremony. For adults, please select from the Kaiseki course and make a reservation for a combination of the two.
