It is quietly located in an alley, and the nostalgic atmosphere is pleasant. The skewers are coated with a batter that includes yam, with a light crunch on the outside and a soft texture on the inside that is surprising. The beef skewers have a rich meat aroma, and the flavor spreads as you chew. The quail egg skewers have a yolk that is perfectly soft-boiled, providing a very happy mouthfeel. The doteyaki and potato salad are also satisfying, and they pair perfectly with drinks. Orders can be placed casually by writing the quantity on a form, making it a comfortable place where you want to linger for a long time.
