I had lunch, and I was very satisfied with the careful preparation of the dishes. There were several small plates arranged, making for a vibrant presentation that made it hard to stop eating. The sashimi was firm and revealed its quality with each bite. The fried items had a light batter, allowing the flavors of the vegetables and shrimp to shine through, and the crisp texture was delightful. The chawanmushi was warm and creamy, topped with a sauce that made it enjoyable until the very end. The serving of clear soup was a thoughtful touch, and I can understand why there are so many reservations; it truly is popular.
