This is a restaurant on Orion Street where you can enjoy soba and sake. The interior extends deep into the space, with a well-arranged counter and tables that create a relaxing atmosphere. The signature chive soba is abundant with chives, and the smell is not bothersome; the crisp texture is pleasant. The cold soba goes down smoothly and has a good mouthfeel. The soba gyoza uses soba flour for the skin, and when paired with wasabi, the flavor is greatly enhanced. The tempura is also crispy with large ingredients, making it an overall satisfying establishment.
