The interior has a pleasant scent of wood and is a calm space. Sitting at the counter, I was excited to see the charcoal grilling happening right in front of me. The white liver skewers paired perfectly with green onions and sesame oil, and the rich, melting flavor is unforgettable. The other skewers also conveyed the deliciousness of the chicken well, and I enjoyed everything from vegetable rolls to tsukune without getting bored. The selection of sake was abundant, and I was able to enjoy comparing several types and savoring the differences in aroma. The staff were friendly and attentive, allowing me to have a pleasant time until the very end.
