This is a calm dining area located on the top floor of the hotel. The course menu makes the most of Hokkaido's bounty, providing excitement from the first dish to the last. A warm soup with well-cooked vegetables blends smoothly with the body. The sautéed meat and fish are perfectly cooked, and the balance with local vegetables is pleasant. If you sit by the window, you can enjoy the magnificent view and sparkling night, which enhances the conversation. The staff is friendly, allowing you to relax and enjoy without being overly formal.
