This course is limited to one week from Thursday, June 18 to Tuesday, June 23. Reservations are required up to 2 days in advance. The cake will be a shortcake.
This is a luxurious course where you can enjoy both hamo (pike conger) and fugu (blowfish) at the same time. We started this course last year and it has been very popular. We hope you will enjoy the freshly cooked hamo and fugu at our restaurant. Reservations are required at least two days in advance.
This course is limited to reservations made two days in advance. We carefully select and purchase live hake from the Seto Inland Sea. All the food is prepared in the restaurant. Please enjoy the freshness of the live hamo. Consists of [6 dishes]- Appetizer, hamo soup, hamo soup or hamo chiri, hamo tempura, zosui or udon noodles, and dessert.
This is an all-you-can-drink plan for 90 minutes only on weekdays. This plan is available only for customers who order a course meal. Available for up to 3 persons. Last order after 80 minutes. Beverage list: Bottled beer, non-alcoholic beer, shochu, plum wine, fin wine, Japanese sake, whiskey, chuhai, and various soft drinks.
We have started a special Milt Course! We use the Torafugu milt (thawed) caught at our restaurant. This course will end when we run out of thawed albacore.
This is our basic course that includes tecchiri, tessa, yubiki (boiled skin), and zosui (rice with other ingredients). You can enjoy fresh tecchiri prepared from live blowfish from a tank. We also have a variety of other dishes such as karaage and nabekawa (skin of the pot), etc. Please join us for this course.
This is a special course that includes our popular "Fugu no Karaage" menu. After enjoying tecchiri and tessa, the freshly fried fugu is juicy and overflows with the flavor of fugu. This course is recommended for banquets, family dinners, and dates.
This is a luxurious course that allows you to taste all aspects of fugu. Grilled fugu is available only in the Kotobuki Course. How about a special occasion such as business entertainment or a birthday?
This course is limited to reservations made up to 2 days in advance. Large torafugu from Kyushu weighing 2.0 kg or more is used. (Awaji Island 3-year torafugu weighs 1.2 to 1.8 kg) The large size torafugu is cooked entirely in the restaurant from the swimming state, and after lying in the water for about half a day, it has a plump texture and elegant flavor. This special torafugu is also used in kappo restaurants and Japanese restaurants.
This is a course of Japanese black beef shabu shabu shabu served with our special ponzu sauce. The special ponzu goes great with the Kuroge Wagyu beef. We accept orders of 2 servings or more.
