I made a reservation through a friend and ordered a course meal with my friend at the counter. The appetizers, vegetable platter, oil stew, borscht, and paella were all shareable dishes, and we enjoyed sharing them with our good friends. The owner is a vegetable sommelier, and the menu was full of fresh vegetables that looked beautiful and tasted delightful. Our female server was knowledgeable, attentive in her service and explanations, and we enjoyed the food. We look forward to returning for a girls' night out.

The eight-sun kawachi duck salad, cheese with malted rice, sea bream roe, persimmon tofu paste, ginkgo nut, and nozawana sushi rolls are a combination of different ingredients and have an elegant taste. The seasonal sashimi was fresh and sweet, and the cold yellowtail had a beautiful color and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The grilled barracuda with makomomo bamboo wrapper and mozuku seaweed were also excellent. The sea bream soup was very tasty, with lots of ingredients: sea bream, fu, goma tofu, turnip, shiitake mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms. The takikomi gohan contained burdock and scallops, and the rice was also very tasty.
I'm happy that the lunch break is longer, allowing for a relaxed entry. When I was shown to my seat, the staff greeted me cheerfully, which lifted my spirits from the start. The signature gyoza has a thin skin, a crispy surface, and a chewy inside with a wonderful aroma of ginger that spreads delightfully. I enjoyed eating the small gyoza while changing the flavors with miso sauce, homemade chili oil, and vinegar with pepper. The set meal comes with salad, miso soup, and three types of side dishes, providing a great sense of satisfaction as I could also enjoy fried chicken and doteyaki. In particular, the tenderness of the doteyaki and the flavor of the miso paired perfectly with the rice, and I couldn't help but keep eating until the end.

When I ordered the lunch champon, the rich flavor of the beef bone broth hit me first. The lightly grilled offal was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and with each bite, the sweet fat spread across my palate. A variety of colorful vegetables, including cabbage and onions, were generously included, adding to the enjoyable texture. The slightly firmer straight noodles clung well to the broth, making it easy to keep eating. Adjusting the flavor with garlic and pepper from the table added aroma and spiciness, keeping it interesting until the end. There were also rice bowls and spicy champon available, and I felt the level of perfection was such that I couldn't help but want to try them even though I was full.
