When you go down to the basement, a calm space like a cave spreads out, and it makes you feel excited. The soup curry I ordered for lunch has a broth infused with the flavors of chicken bones and vegetables, with spices that are sharp and effective. The broccoli and lotus root are deep-fried to a crisp, creating a fun texture along with the aroma of mushrooms. Dipping the multigrain rice into the soup makes it go down smoothly, and squeezing lemon halfway through adds a refreshing burst. The lassi with lemon I had after the meal had a good balance of creaminess and acidity, leaving my mouth feeling refreshed. I was able to relax in a stylishly lit restaurant with pleasant music playing, and I felt very satisfied.
