Anmitsu featuring homemade sweet red bean paste made from Tokachi Hokkaido azuki beans, carefully cooked, and homemade shiratama (rice dumplings) that are boiled just before serving to emphasize the aroma of rice and chewy texture. Seasonal fruit used is 'white peach'. This time, we will provide fruits that are at their best without fixing a specific variety. There are two types of agar: 'milk agar' and 'chamomile agar' made with chamomile extract. Just before serving, unsweetened matcha is poured over the ingredients. After tasting each ingredient, feel free to add the separate 'kibi sugar syrup' to adjust the sweetness to your liking. *You can also increase the amount of shiratama (from 3 to 6 dumplings) for an additional 100 yen. <Serving period> From June 20, 2026, to late August.
The warabi mochi is kneaded just before serving and presented in a hot state. By choosing 'white kinako', which is made from domestically produced soybeans and has a refined roasted aroma, you can further appreciate the original fragrance and texture of the warabi mochi. The warabi mochi has a hint of sweetness from brown sugar, but feel free to add the separate 'kuromitsu' to adjust the sweetness to your liking. The recommended way to enjoy it is to take a large bite without cutting it into small pieces. Experience the happiness that comes from savoring it in your mouth.
