In a calm interior with the warmth of wood, you can spend your time leisurely. The white rice cooked in the pot at the back is fluffy and sweet, and just the steam from the rice container brings a feeling of happiness. The miso soup we had first had a deep broth, and while it was light, it was delicious enough to leave a lasting impression. The main fish and meat dishes were cooked to perfection, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. Even the small side dishes and pickles were carefully prepared, making the rice go down easily. The attentive service from the staff was pleasant, and it's no wonder there are many regular customers at this wonderful restaurant.
