The 'Junmai Daiginjo Honryu', brewed using yeast cultivated at the Kanazawa National Tax Agency, features a calm honey-like aroma that does not compromise the flavor of the dishes.
This is a junmai sake finished with low-temperature fermentation during the coldest season, which is most suitable for sake brewing. It is a dry sake that is light and crisp, yet the rich flavor of the rice spreads generously, making it a 'delicious dry sake.'
This sake is blended with yamahai brewing, offering umami and richness that you won't tire of drinking. The crisp finish and smoothness are also distinctive.
The highest gold award in the hot sake category, a familiar sake loved by locals. This is the representative sake of Kazuma Shuzou, which receives the most support in the local area.

This is a Saison-style beer made with natural salt from the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture, produced using the traditional beach salt-making method. It features a refreshing citrus aroma reminiscent of lemongrass, with a hint of spiciness, and a pleasant acidity that pairs well with the saltiness of Noto salt, resulting in a refreshing beer.
