As you climb the stairs in the alley, a cozy shop enveloped in warm air unfolds before you. When you sit at the counter, a cheerful couple greets you with smiles, instantly putting you at ease. The first dish I ordered, the liver sashimi, was surprisingly fresh, with no unpleasant odor, and it slid down my throat effortlessly. The next dish, the simmered offal, had a rich flavor without feeling heavy, and I found myself drinking the broth. My personal recommendation is the tongue sashimi, which has a melting texture and a burst of umami that fills your mouth with happiness. While enjoying a drink and chatting with the couple, you lose track of time and naturally find yourself smiling in this delightful establishment.
