A total of 10 dishes including bowls, sashimi, meat, simmered dishes, earthenware pot rice, sweet dishes, and other seasonal ingredients in a luxurious setting. For an additional 1,800 yen, you can take home two servings of seasonal Saikyo-yaki. Also good for business entertainment, anniversaries, etc. Reservations required the day before. This proud dish is carefully pounded with a wooden mallet without using a mixer. By preparing it in a way that does not break the fibers of the shrimp, we maximize the unique bouncy texture that bursts in your mouth. Carefully selected Sangen pork is luxuriously used and simmered for two hours. It is so tender that it cuts easily with just a touch of chopsticks, and the sweetness of the high-quality fat unique to Sangen pork spreads throughout your mouth.
