The perfectly fried tempura and fritters feature succulent shrimp and crispy squid that are simply exquisite. The interior is compact and very clean. There are counters and tables, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The freshly fried tempura has a light and fluffy batter, and the shrimp has a pleasant bounce. The sauce for the rice bowl has just the right amount of sweetness, not overwhelming, and remains delicious until the end. The tempura of squid, conger eel, and vegetables also has a nice aroma, and the flavors of the ingredients come through clearly. The freshness of the sashimi is high, and I was satisfied to enjoy duck nanban udon as a finishing dish.
