It's a cozy shop centered around the counter, where you feel close to the artisans, creating excitement from the start. The omakase course features island fish and rare ingredients that come one after another, and each was more delicious than I imagined. The miso-marinated red sunfish, the mii-bai, and the grouper were particularly memorable as they are not something you encounter regularly. The sushi rice is small and well-balanced with the toppings, making it easy to eat continuously without feeling heavy. Warm fish broth and creative small dishes are interspersed, allowing for a pleasant tempo until the end. Thanks to the lively head chef and attentive staff, I felt like I had a special sushi experience on the island.
