The crispy coating made with homemade breadcrumbs perfectly complements the carefully crafted sauce, enhancing the taste of the ingredients. The interior exudes a sense of history, providing a cozy and homely atmosphere. It is extremely popular in the Kansai region and is said to surpass the flavors of kushikatsu in Osaka.

For 60 years in this area, this is Amagasaki's famous kushikatsu restaurant. It is characterized by its crispy fried breaded texture and light, non-greasy finish. Stop by for lunch at the second stop on your Amagasaki tour. The appearance is also distinctive, with coarse breadcrumbs sprinkled in places, giving it a unique visual appeal. You can enjoy the skewers one by one and the atmosphere of the restaurant is like an old-fashioned bar.
