We sat around the counter. The chef in the middle energetically explains the recommendations. It's a retro shop that feels like returning to the early Showa period. It's fun. Even for those who don't particularly like beef tongue, there are sausages and tteokbokki, so I think you can enjoy delicious food. The red broth is easy to eat and not too spicy. It's delicious. The atmosphere of the shop is nice, so I would recommend it to young people who want to enjoy the Showa vibe.

At the beginning, they recommend how to eat the dishes and what ingredients to use, so if you don't have any dislikes, most people added garlic, tteokbokki, or ordered extra sausages.

I have rarely experienced a place where the ingredients do not get burnt, and it was my first time enjoying a restaurant where the timing of the cooking is exquisite throughout. The way the ingredients and the sauce blend with the spiciness of the green chili on the iron plate, along with the taste and presentation, showcased a technique that cannot be imitated elsewhere, leaving me speechless with admiration. The way the soba noodles are mixed at the end allows you to enjoy every bit of the sauce without leaving any behind, and the amount is such that it feels even better than the recent trend of dry noodles at ramen shops; the sauce was incredibly delicious.
