The interior of the shop, which has only a counter, is shaped like a U, and when you sit down, there is a stove right in front of you, which is exciting. The manager runs the place alone, but when you ask, they kindly recommend dishes, so you can feel at ease. The first dish I ordered, a platter of five types of offal, was fresh, and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the texture and flavor of each part. The pork belly, which appeared weekly, was juicy and fragrant, making it so delicious that I couldn't help but want a second helping. The drinks, including beer and freshly squeezed lemon sour, are also plentiful, making it easy to indulge. The shop is open until late at night and has a welcoming atmosphere for solo diners, so I think it's a wonderful place to casually enjoy delicious offal.
