Quite a rich taste! It's really cold this season! Isn't it too cold? It makes me want to eat warm food when I go out for dinner! On this particular day, we were talking about where to go out to eat, and we decided on nabe! We decided to have a hot pot! We decided on nabe (hot pot)! And so we searched for a place to eat! There was a restaurant in Fukushima that we wanted to go to! It was Motsu Nabe Champion! It is affiliated with Ketobashiya Champion and Tempura Champion! About 5 minutes walk to the north from JR Fukushima station. It says "Motsunabe Champion" in handwriting! is handwritten on the wall. The restaurant has a glass wall that can be seen from the outside, and inside there are simple tables and round chairs. All Champion restaurants are like this, aren't they? I toasted with a cup of oolong tea! It came in a mega mug! This was also unique to this affiliate. In the cold winter time, I don't refill it... I can only drink about half of it! Hmmm... what a waste of time! For the tsuke-dashi, I got daikon radish and chicken wings cooked in a pot! It was so delicious! Let's wait until the hot pot comes out while eating free bean sprout namul and spicy takana! I'm glad they have this kind of thing! After waiting for a while, the motsu nabe appeared! The aroma of garlic is irresistible! There is a strong flavor of sesame and pork bone? The soup is like a pork bone soup! The pork chops are huge and plump. ！！！！ I can't get enough of it! The crunchy chives also add a nice accent! I was told that chanpon was recommended as the rice to end the meal. The soup got thicker and thicker, and the fat of the pork started to melt... I felt like I would get heartburn if I finished the meal with it, so I decided not to eat it. At first, I was enjoying the soup and the pork, and I was going on and on with my appetite. But in the second half, it got a little tough... I was careful not to let it simmer too much. It wasn't to my taste... I'm sorry. Thank you for dinner.

This is a standard all-you-can-drink course that is easy to choose for welcome parties and various banquets. The appetizer is "Champion's Famous Chicken Daikon," which has been soaked in flavor slowly. For appetizers, you can enjoy "homemade bean sprout namul" and "Tarumiya's spicy takana" as much as you like. For the entrée, we offer a special potato salad layered with the flavor of Hinai Jidori chicken broth and smoked ham, as well as gyoza (dumplings) made from horse meat produced in Kumamoto Prefecture. For the main dish, you can choose from our signature "Champion Motsu Nabe" or "Spicy Motsu Nabe," depending on your mood of the day. To top off the meal, we will serve ojiya-style chanpon noodles bound with scallions and eggs. The meal ends with a choice of three types of sorbet and a dessert to satisfy your appetite.
