Our staff can welcome your guests with your drink for choice starting at $4 per person or we can offer a custom punch or sangria for the duration of your reception beginning at $60 per gallon. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the property!!! All outside alcohol is prohibited and is subject to confiscation. As a licensed premise, Gola Osteria is required to request proper identification of any persons of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverages to any person underage or, in our judgement, appears to be intoxicated. Gola Osteria does not serve alcoholic shots or any alcoholic beverage with more than two alcoholic components
A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the total balance due for the event is required when you book your event. If there is no set cost at the time of contract signing, a minimum $500.00 deposit will be required. Additional payments will be due six months and three months prior to your reception. These payments will be equal to 25% of the remaining total balance due. If the Client needs to cancel the event, Client must provide written notice to Caterer along with any required cancellation fee described in this Catering Contract, to effect cancellation. Client understands that upon entering into this Contract, Caterer is committing time and resources to this Event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount hard to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply. If Client requests cancellation of this Contract 90 days or more before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to ten percent of the Estimated Total Cost. If Client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to twenty percent of the Estimated Total Costs. If Client requests cancellation 31-44 days before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to twenty five percent. After 30 days in advance of the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 100 percent of the Estimated Total Cost. The Client's deposit will be credited against the cancellation fees owed. Any balance will be payable upon the notice of cancellation
Menu selection and planning can begin at any time, however the six months prior to your reception is recommended. Before this time, all package information and pricing is subject to change. All vendor arrangements should be finalized no later than two months prior to your event. Your finalized proposal detailing your menu and beverage choices, linen selections, timeline etc.… is due thirty (30) days prior to your event. Your guaranteed guest count is due two weeks before the event, at which time your final invoice will be generated and laid out for signature. Should your actual guest count exceed your guaranteed guest count, you will receive an additional invoice at the conclusion of your event, with payment due immediately. A 5% surcharge will be applied to all invoices with an outstanding balance following the event date
All receptions are limited to five hours of service time. An additional hour for clean-up and collection of your personal items included in your overall balance. We will need access to your event site for set-up and or decoration purposes at least 2 hours prior to the event start. Additional hours for set up or clean-up purposes are subject to additional staffing charges. Decorations & Setup. Gola Osteria Staff would be glad to assist in the set up and take down of additional décor. All decoration require prior approval. Please contact the vendor regarding specific décor this is not permitted at your specific venue. Extensive and tedious décor will result in additional staffing fees, as most venues have a limited time vendors and guests are allowed access. ALL PERSONAL ITEMS/DECORATIONS MUST BE Collected at the Conclusion of the Event. Setup and tear down of any events needs to be completed within the contracted time period.
Caterer has, or will obtain, general liability insurance relating to Caterer's services at the Event. However, Client will indemnify and hold harmless Caterer for any damage, theft, or loss of Caterer's property occurring at the event, causes by any of Client's guests

A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the total balance due for the event is required when you book your event. If there is no set cost at the time of contract signing, a minimum $500.00 deposit will be required. Additional payments will be due six months and three months prior to your reception. These payments will be equal to 25% of the remaining total balance due. If the Client needs to cancel the event, Client must provide written notice to Caterer along with any required cancellation fee described in this Catering Contract, to effect cancellation. Client understands that upon entering into this Contract, Caterer is committing time and resources to this Event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount hard to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply. If Client requests cancellation of this Contract 90 days or more before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to ten percent of the Estimated Total Cost. If Client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to twenty percent of the Estimated Total Costs. If Client requests cancellation 31-44 days before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to twenty five percent. After 30 days in advance of the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 100 percent of the Estimated Total Cost. The Client's deposit will be credited against the cancellation fees owed. Any balance will be payable upon the notice of cancellation
Menu selection and planning can begin at any time, however the six months prior to your reception is recommended. Before this time, all package information and pricing is subject to change. All vendor arrangements should be finalized no later than two months prior to your event. Your finalized proposal detailing your menu and beverage choices, linen selections, timeline etc.… is due thirty (30) days prior to your event. Your guaranteed guest count is due two weeks before the event, at which time your final invoice will be generated and laid out for signature. Should your actual guest count exceed your guaranteed guest count, you will receive an additional invoice at the conclusion of your event, with payment due immediately. A 5% surcharge will be applied to all invoices with an outstanding balance following the event date
All receptions are limited to five hours of service time. An additional hour for clean-up and collection of your personal items included in your overall balance. We will need access to your event site for set-up and or decoration purposes at least 2 hours prior to the event start. Additional hours for set up or clean-up purposes are subject to additional staffing charges. Decorations Setup. Gola Osteria Staff would be glad to assist in the set up and take down of additional décor. All decoration require prior approval. Please contact the vendor regarding specific décor this is not permitted at your specific venue. Extensive and tedious décor will result in additional staffing fees, as most venues have a limited time vendors and guests are allowed access. ALL PERSONAL ITEMS/DECORATIONS MUST BE Collected at the Conclusion of the Event. Setup and tear down of any events needs to be completed within the contracted time period.
Caterer has, or will obtain, general liability insurance relating to Caterer's services at the Event. However, Client will indemnify and hold harmless Caterer for any damage, theft, or loss of Caterer's property occurring at the event, causes by any of Client's guests
