The traditional restaurant, which is a cultural property of the country, is simply wonderful. The spacious tatami room is adorned with paintings of flowers and birds, which captivates the eye. The interior decor is full of charm, making you feel as if you've time-traveled back to the past. The cuisine is centered around the flavors of Shinshu, and the bee larvae and grasshoppers were sweet and savory, making for a delicious experience. The koi miso soup had no unpleasant odor and was rich in umami. There is also a castle nearby, making it feel like a perfect place for special occasions.
