Raised carefully over 100 days in a free-range chicken house bathed in light, the brand chicken of Hyogo Prefecture, 'Himeji Hyakunichi-dori'. This exquisite dish is made by grilling freshly plucked meat over charcoal. Enjoy it with our original blend of salt and pepper.
