Raised carefully over 100 days in a free-range chicken house bathed in light, the brand chicken of Hyogo Prefecture, 'Himeji Hyakunichi-dori'. This exquisite dish is made by grilling freshly plucked meat over charcoal. Enjoy it with our original blend of salt and pepper.
Parent bird (Hine) has a firm texture, and the umami spreads in your mouth the more you chew. It is served with a crispy texture, a refreshing 'Hine Ponzu', a choice of sauce or salt for 'Hine thigh meat', and a garlic-flavored 'Hine thigh with leeks'.
