In un ristorante cinese trovato a Shimokitazawa, il ma po tofu sulla insegna mi è rimasto molto impresso. È ricco e saporito, ma la piccantezza è giusta, e dopo si espande il sapore. Con vari pepe del Sichuan sul tavolo, puoi regolare liberamente l'aroma e la piccantezza, ottenendo il gusto che preferisci. Si abbina perfettamente con il riso bianco, e si continua a mangiare senza fermarsi. Il pollo fritto con salsa tartara è croccante e profumato, e all'interno è succoso e soddisfacente. Il piano è diviso e vivace, e a volte può essere affollato, quindi è consigliabile prenotare per stare tranquilli.

At a restaurant in Shimokitazawa that serves Mapo Tofu, the interior is spacious with a second floor where you can relax. I like that it is playfully labeled as 'Mabo.' The spiciness and numbing sensation are mild, and you can adjust it to your preference with various Sichuan pepper on the table. The combination with rice is excellent, and the deliciousness makes it hard to stop eating with a spoon. The service is quick, allowing for a smooth dining experience, and the side dishes like water dumplings were also satisfying. There is a turntable at the back of the first floor, creating a fun atmosphere, and it can get popular with a line sometimes.
