I first learned about it from Kurumi Hinamizawa on YouTube and decided to visit. I was able to have a calm meal in the quiet interior of the restaurant. The pasta had a chewy texture and was cooked to my liking, and the side bread was served warm and soft, filling my mouth with the aroma of the bread, making it very delicious. For dessert, I had a custard cream puff, and the cream was smooth and had a melting taste. It was a cream puff shaped like Totoro, so cute that it felt almost a shame to eat it. I was unsure how to eat it (laughs). The cream puffs change with the seasons, so I can enjoy them whenever I come. I want to come again!

There are many types of sake, including tastings from the same brewery and rare brands, making the selection exciting. It's calming to spend time quietly at the counter, and the service has a comfortable sense of distance.

The yellowtail with sesame and the yellowtail radish that has absorbed the flavors left a lasting impression. The last time I visited, I had a one-plate lunch, but this time I enjoyed a lunch course. The overall balance of the course was good, and since it was December, there were Christmas-like decorations throughout, making for a delicious lunch experience. The petit four on the dessert spoon was not only cute but also surprisingly delicious with the first bite of fresh cream! I would love to try this lunch course again in a different season.
