The omakase specializing in yakitori was exciting from start to finish. Each skewer was plump and juicy, cooked just right on the inside, with a good balance of salt and sauce. The soy sauce flavor of the chicken breast was particularly memorable, and the aroma of the ingredients came through strongly. The coarsely grated daikon served as a side dish provided a pleasant texture and paired excellently with the skewers. The seating is only at the counter, with no smoke or unpleasant odors, making it very clean. The way the beer is poured is meticulous and delicious, and there are many varieties of sake and shochu, making the meal even more enjoyable.
