It has a lively and comfortable atmosphere, making it easy to enter even alone. The vegetable sticks served as an appetizer can be requested multiple times, and it's fun to have the seasoning change from salt to miso. Every dish is prepared with care, and the sashimi pairs wonderfully with the aroma of freshly grated wasabi. The larger dishes and creatively arranged presentations are exciting to look at. The combination of grilled Camembert, honey, and crackers is addictive. The dried chicken and sake-steamed clams are also flavorful, leaving me satisfied until the end.
