Ripe lemons grown freely in the warm climate of Minamiboso are simmered in honey-infused sugar until soft and gooey. In addition to the world's three major black teas, Darjeeling, Uva, and Keemun, you can also enjoy a variety of flavors, aromas, and colors such as Assam, Nuwara Eliya, Lufna, Rwanda, Japanese black tea, and Earl Grey Kenya. The brewing method for black tea is the W-pot method. Using a jumping pot, the tea leaves are thoroughly steamed and then quickly transferred to a teapot to ensure the deliciousness is preserved until the end.
