All the hot pots were delicious, and I was impressed by the chiritori hot pot and the light kappa hot pot with its broth. The combination of mizuna, fried lard, and the umami of kappa made it easy to finish everything. The variety of meat dishes was also diverse, with options like yukhoe, beef sashimi, grilled liver, and fresh cow's stomach, along with juicy homemade-style hamburgers. The grilled harami and tongue were fresh and very satisfying. The takoyaki, which is delicious even when cold, can be enjoyed in three flavors: salt, dashi soy sauce, and sauce, and the fried udon and fried rice with lard are addictive. The lineup of sake included some rare unfiltered options, and the warmth of the cozy space was soothing.
