The 'Chigasaki Beef' raised with great care at Saito Farm located in Serizawa, Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The cattle are fed a special blend of approximately 15 types of feed, including water drawn from 70 meters underground, seaweed rich in minerals sourced from the nearby sea, rice, beer lees, molasses, GABA oligosaccharides, natto bacteria, and okara. This results in beef that has a high oleic acid content, commonly found in olive oil, and features a 'delicious fat that is not overly rich' with a pleasant melt-in-the-mouth quality. Please take this opportunity to enjoy the rare Chigasaki beef sirloin, of which only a few are shipped each month.
