In a shop with only a counter, it's exciting to see the cooking right in front of you. There are moments where the flames from the grilling and the gold leaf scatter lightly, making it a fun experience. The first bowl features grilled fatty tuna layered with salmon roe and sea urchin, creating a melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. A dish rolled with rich egg yolk, tuna, and sea urchin is packed with umami that is irresistible. The hand-served eel dish has a wonderful aroma, making you want to take a big bite. The finishing chirashi is loaded with ingredients, looks vibrant, and made the experience enjoyable until the very end.
