This proud dish is handmade from a paste using the rare herb Kasuri Methi, which is harvested together with coffee beans. Unlike coriander-based dishes, it has no strong aftertaste and can be enjoyed refreshingly. Enhanced with coconut milk for richness, please try the genuine green curry from mol cafe at least once.
This exotic curry is made by simmering together 12 types of ingredients that can be harvested alongside coffee, including cinnamon leaves, soft pepper, turmeric, ginger, habanero, cayenne pepper, stevia, black cardamom, cinnamon, kasuri methi leaves, and timur, along with 4 additional ingredients: coriander, garlic, cumin, and Himalayan rock salt, all combined with tomatoes, red wine, and yogurt.
Our popular Kachatora tomato soup!! We added original spices, curry powder, and garam masala. The spices are well-balanced. Enhanced with plenty of butter for richness! Finished with a refreshing touch of tomatoes and yogurt.
