The moment I climbed the stairs and opened the door, I was greeted by a cheerful staff, which was a relief. The counter and tables made of wood create a warm atmosphere, allowing for a calm experience. There is a variety of dishes made with ingredients from Nagasaki, such as Shimabara, and I particularly enjoyed the dashi-maki (rolled omelette) made with bonito stock and the tofu kamaboko (fish cake). The white fish sashimi was fresh and had a great texture, pairing excellently with soy sauce. The simmered fish is made after you order, so there is a bit of a wait, but the freshness is delightful. To finish, I had 'kanzarashi' (a type of sweet), which left me feeling satisfied until the very end.

This is a must-visit spot for anyone touring the Toyokawa area, offering luxurious eel dishes at reasonable prices.
The atmosphere was great and the waitstaff was very attentive.
Everything we ate was delicious, and we never had a bad meal.
In winter, I recommend the Miso Nikomi Udon and Curry Udon.
It is always crowded, so it is better to make a reservation.
