As soon as you enter, you are warmly welcomed by the pleasant warm air. The recommended duck zaru has a strong duck aroma, and the dipping sauce is mellow. The thin noodles are easy to eat and pair very well with the dipping sauce. The duck meat is tender and flavorful, and adding a little shichimi enhances the taste significantly. The tempura includes two shrimp, and you can also enjoy pumpkin and bell pepper, with a dipping sauce provided. The parking lot is easy to use, and you can calmly savor the soba in a comfortable atmosphere inside the restaurant.

The atmosphere is friendly and easy to enter even for first-timers. I had the recommended duck tempura soba, and the soba is firm and has a very good texture when served cold. The warm dipping sauce with duck and green onions has a fragrant broth of duck and bonito, and it's slightly sweet with just the right thickness. The tempura is crispy, and the shrimp is plump and delicious. The finely chopped duck meat and green onions mix well with the soba, keeping it interesting until the end. After adding a little shichimi (seven spice), when you dilute the dipping sauce with soba water at the end, you can slowly enjoy the umami of the broth.
